If you were thinking this lecture is just for those who use computer-quilting programs, your data file is corrupted (that means, "think again!")...This is a lecture about using computers to communicate with other quilters, shop, obtaining solutions to quilting problems , making new friends, finding out about resources, and on and on. Nancy explores all of the places you can go, things you can use to help you do your craft better, and ways you can protect yourself when you use the internet to shop and communicate. Not just for computer junkies, this is a lecture about what is happening. There will be quilts too...quilts that were created as a part of on-line swaps, quilts that were researched on line, and quilts that were created by using some aspect of computing. |
