Inland Empire Quilters Guild

Quilting Together Since 1981

IEQG (Inland Empire Quilters Guild) is a community organization, that promotes the love of quilting by education and charitable projects.  IEQG’s objective is to promote and preserve the art of quilting. Our goal is to continue the traditions, cultures, and history of quilting, and to promote fellowship among members and the community. We support projects that promote the continuation of quilt arts, quilt techniques  and contribute to our community through charitable activities.  IEQG promotes cooperation and exchange of ideas, to encourage and maintain high standards of design and technique in quilting, to instruct members in methods and techniques of creative quilting, including textiles and to inspire personal achievement among our members.

IEQG was founded in 1981 with just 13 members and has grown to over 90 + members today. IEQG has contributed hundreds of quilts to the local chapter of ADV (Alternatives to Domestic Violence). We also host bi-yearly sew-ins where we come together to work on various quilt projects for charitable purposes.

Each year during the Christmas season, we also provide ADV with small quilted stockings for the children who must spend their Holidays in the ADV Shelter. We also donate toilet articles and clothing for the Moms of these children.
